Jeanette is the Owner/CEO of Extreme Results Fitness Studio.  She is a Best Selling Author, WBFF Pro Bikini Model, National Fitness & Bikini Titles holder, Published Cover Model and contributing writer & columnist for many Health & Fitness magazines and blogs.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer of 20 years, Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, PaddleFit Coach, Celebrity Trainer, Creator of Bootoga (a proprietary blend of bootcamp and yoga), and Co-Founder of Operation Shredded.

Jeanette helps people from all walks of life transform into Wellness Champions for Life by teaching health and wellness as a whole, in your mind, body and spirit. Her goal is for every person to be their best and live the life of their dreams.
