Tiana Sanchez is a passionate Professional Development Trainer and Speaker who believes there is no limit to your success!

She is the voice for modern-day professionals working in tandem with colleges and employers to foster a more confident and competent workforce in the new economy.

Her passion for raising the bar in talent development spawned through years in management that was honed during an impressive and long standing career in the Retail, Food and Beverage and Financial industries.

At age 17 she was one of the youngest Managers managing day-to-day business operations, overseeing employee development and the acquisition of talent. She was later appointed by the CEO to the Strategic Planning team, sparking her interest in organizational culture and establishing her as a skilled speaker.

In 2011 Tiana launched her own company helping individuals build up key competencies that allow them to perform better in their career.  Through trainer-led workshops and competency-based learning she helps managers, emerging leaders, and students RE-THINK their leadership potential and RE-DEFINE success.

Tiana has coached, trained and developed the top talent for some well-known organizations such as Southern California Edison, Hot Dog on a Stick, Sugar Foods, L’Oréal, Verizon and Time Warner Cable Arena.
