Jim Cavale is transforming lives by building fitness communities across the country.
After an accident that ended his hopes of a career in professional baseball, Jim Cavale went on a journey of self discovery, finding strength and a renewed faith in God, and a fresh new dream of entrepreneurship.
He then launched a series of ventures including:
- A Radio/TV network at the University of Montevallo – broadcasting live sporting events for Comcast SportsNet and Cox Sports Television, and doing work nationally for ESPNU
- Eporro.com – a website for student recruit profiles with Joe DiMaggio
- Filming and editing a documentary
- Building a video production company
- Partnering with Forrest Walden in developing the IronTribe Fitness franchise

Since 2010 IronTribe has opened 40 locations and raised over $1.3 million for clean water in India and Central Africa, through NeverThirst and WOD For Water.
