Growing up, Josh apprenticed under his father’s direction by operating the family owned nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada. Josh’s leadership and team led their Vegas nightclubs to be voted the #1 country club, 5 years in a row.  Yet the environment eventually took it’s toll and Josh had to make a decision to change.

Following his own rehabilitation, Josh and his wife Lisa, began the process of discovering their purpose, and building a business that would allow them to do what they were passionate about.

By using the power of their “why” they built Journey Healing Centers, a family of 6 adult drug and alcohol treatment centers, which was later acquired by Elements Behavior Health in 2013.

Josh also wrote a book called “The Social Capitalist” describing some of the Rich Dad principles they used to build a business around the heart.  He speaks around the globe with the Rich Dad team on Social Entrepreneurism, behavioral change, and applying the Rich Dad principles.

During this episode, Nicole and Josh explore his journey, along with valuable tips on becoming a social capitalist who is both wealthy and passionate about helping others.  Nicole and Josh also discuss his bold new vision called “Warriors Heart” designed to bring 1 million warriors home from addiction and PTSD.
